defintion: single-track

The wilderness is an amazing place to run, but to keep it pristine as possible our running trails are often little more than a narrow ribbon of worn dirt through the woods. Single-track trail is rarely wide enough for more than a single file run, arms brushing past the foliage on either side, feet stumbling over rocks or roots, and visibility low.
